General & Customization

  • We design and manufacture custom cave diving markers—arrows, “cookies,” and REMs—designed for divers who value safety, clarity, and personal identity underwater. Based in the Riviera Maya, we specialize in creating custom markers with negative buoyancy and a durable construction, ensuring that every diver’s route is unmistakably safe and uniquely their own.
  • Our cave diving markers (arrows, cookies, and REMs) are designed to help you clearly mark directions, references, and exit routes during cave dives. They provide safety, clarity, and personal identification in underwater cave systems.
  • Personalized markers make your gear instantly recognizable. In shared cave systems, this reduces confusion and increases safety. Plus, it allows you to dive with equipment that reflects your identity as a diver

  • Not every marker, but every set. You can choose a design consisting of engravings and markings for each group of markers (you can mix arrows, cookies, and REMs). If you want to add a different name or logo, that’s possible, but the set would be priced as a separate item.

  • We accept payments by credit card, debit card, and electronic transfers through secure gateways, as well as deposits at convenience stores.

  • For names and marks, you can draw them on the template we’ll provide; we’ll take care of adding them to your markers. However, to ensure high-quality results for logos, we request vector files (SVG, AI, or EPS). If you only have a high-resolution image of your logo, our team can help you adapt it for engraving; however, an additional fee may apply.
  • There is no general limit; it depends on the size and layout. However, we recommend avoiding the no-cut areas and not overcrowding the design. To ensure optimal tactile and visual readability, we recommend using a maximum of 5 to 8 characters, depending on the type of marker.

Materials & Durability

  • The Classic collection is available in the traditional colors of white, and black. It is manufactured using 3D printing technology and high-density PETG, ensuring durability, heat resistance, and the ability to create rich, textured surfaces that are pleasant to the touch. The Matte Translucent collection is available in a range of vibrant colors. It is manufactured using a high-density matte translucent polymer and laser technology. This offers superior strength as well as exceptional detail in the markings and engravings that can be created in your designs.
  • No. Unlike markers labeled with ink or stickers, our identification is physically engraved into the material, making it permanent and resistant to salt, abrasion, and years of exploration.
  • Absolutely. We use industrial-grade polymers and high-impact materials specifically engineered to withstand the rugged conditions of cave and cenote environments.

Orders & Logistics

  • The minimum order is 5 units. You can mix different types of markers (arrows, cookies, REMs) within that order.
  • Once you place your order, we’ll send you a template via WhatsApp. You can draw your design on it and send it back. If you’d like to include a logo, please send it as a separate high-quality file (.jpg, .png, .ai, or .svg).

  • Production time depends on your order size and customization, but typically ranges from 3 to 6 business days after design approval.

  • All Aktun Wet markers include a 3 months warranty against manufacturing defects. If any issue arises related to production quality, we’ll replace your marker.
  • Yes, we ship nationwide across Mexico. We also offer Free Shipping on all orders over $1,500 MXN.
