Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from Aktun Wet. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following:

1. Scope

• Our products are available exclusively in Mexico.

• The minimum order is 5 pieces.

2. Customization

• All markers are customized according to the client’s instructions and approval.

• Once a design is approved, no further changes or cancellations are accepted.

3. Orders and payments

• Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.

• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and convenience store deposits through Mercado Pago.

• All prices include nationwide shipping within Mexico.

4. Production and delivery

• Estimated production time is 3 to 10 business days after design approval.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and the customer’s location.

5. Warranty

• All products include a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

• The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, loss, or damage caused by improper handling.

6. Returns and refunds

• As products are personalized, returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

• Claims are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or special circumstances previously reviewed.

• To request a replacement, customers must contact us with photographic evidence within 7 days of receiving the order.

7. Limitation of liability

• Aktun Wet is not responsible for accidents, damage, or consequences arising from the misuse of our products during diving activities.

• Customers are responsible for using the equipment safely and in accordance with certified diving practices.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
